To request the registration of the athlete in FC Barcelona Academy (LA MASIA SUMMER CAMP) Summer Camp, the child's parents/legal guardians must perform the following steps:

• Fill in the following form.
• Read the privacy policy attached and accept it by checking the corresponding box.
• Download the attached documentation and send it signed the next 72h to the following e-mail address: barcacamps@fcbarcelona.cat, with the subject “DocumentaciónInscripción + Name of participant”
• Attach a copy of the identification document of the parents/legal guardians (DNI, NIE, passport or equivalent document).

The requested fields are mandatory unless stated otherwise. If the required information in the mandatory fields is not provided or if the attached documentation is unsigned, the registration will not be valid.

TRAVEL OF MINOR TO JOIN SUMMER CAMP

FC BARCELONA is solely and exclusively responsible for organizing the activities of the Summer Camp and, therefore is not responsible for any travel arrangements required by the child prior to him/her joining the Summer Camp, the parents or legal guardians of the said minors being the parties responsible for all effects of said trips and PCR test if it’s necessary, as well as the expenses derived from them.

In the event that these journeys are made by plane, FC BARCELONA must be informed in advance by the parents or guardians in order for CLUB staff to supervise collection and/or delivery of the children in the control areas at Barcelona airport that are designated for such purposes, the club only assuming any responsibility for the care and attention of children at the time of collection in these areas.

NNote that if the trip is made by air and the child travels alone, in accordance with current legislation and airline regulations, children under 13 or 16 (depending on the applicable regulations) must be accompanied by an adult or hire flight assistance, the child’s parents or legal guardians being the parties responsible for these arrangements. In accordance with the foregoing, the child's legal representatives must sign the statement attached as Appendix 5, thereby assuming responsibility for any contingency that might occur during the child's journey, and exonerating FC BARCELONA from any liability in this regard.

The times at which the child can be collected by FC BARCELONA staff are as follows:
• Participants will be collected and dropped off between 8am and 2pm on the arrival and departure dates

If the child needs to be collected at a time not included within these time brackets, a surcharge of €150 (€75 the arrives and €75 to come back the airport) and we will add to the inscription fee.

Select your chosen stay and an early booking discount of €150 for Black Friday. Since November 28th to December 15th the early bird discount will be €100. All promotions are not cumulative.

Closing dinner for families together with their children

On the final day of the Summer Camp, we will give the presentation of diplomas, which parents /guardians of the participants may attend. This will be followed by a farewell dinner for which all participants in the Summer Camp are invited to diner in one space of the Spotify Camp Nou in catering format.

Subject to availability criteria, relatives and companions may sign up for and attend the dinner at Camp Nou (payment separate). Participants do not have to pay for their dinner because it’s included for them.

**If the cancellation is made before 15 April 2024, this insurance permits reimbursement of 100% of any payments already made. If the cancellation is made between April 16 and May 31, then 75% of the already paid amount shall be reimbursed. If the cancellation is made between 1 and 15 June 2024, then 50% of the already paid amount shall be reimbursed. If the cancellation is made after June 16, no monies shall be reimbursed.
